A Dogs Guilty Look

I told Archie off the other day for sneakily pinching the tea towel from the oven door. He knew exactly what he’d done and after I’d rescued the tea towel Archie gave me that guilty look !

But apparently, researchers have found that dogs give that look when being told off, even if they are entirely innocent. Researchers found no evidence to suggest that dogs know when they’ve been naughty – they simply give that guilty look just because they are getting told off.
